Terms and Conditions of Sale — platform subscriptions

These Terms govern subscription to TMS premium digital features.
The service is primarily intended for consumers in France and the European Union. Lessons with an independent teacher are not covered by these Terms; they are subject to a separate agreement between the student and the teacher.
Current pricing is published on the Pricing & plans page. As of 3 July 2026: monthly subscription €20/month, annual subscription €200/year, with a free 30-day trial for new subscribers. Prices shown on TMS are indicative; the final amount (including VAT where applicable) is confirmed at Polar checkout.
Subscription payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”, see polar.sh for current legal entity details) as Merchant of Record (MoR). For payment, invoicing, and applicable EU VAT purposes, Polar is the official seller; The Music School (TMS) provides the digital learning service.
Payment is made through Polar’s hosted checkout (redirect from TMS to Polar, then return to TMS after payment). Accepted payment methods depend on Polar (typically bank card; PayPal may be offered for the Yearly plan when enabled in TMS).
Polar calculates, collects, and remits VAT on B2C digital services in the European Union where applicable. Invoices are issued by Polar and sent to the email address provided at checkout. Card data is processed solely by Polar (PCI-DSS compliant); TMS does not store your full card number.
By placing an order, you also accept Polar’s applicable terms for payment processing. For questions about a charge or invoice: refer to your Polar receipt or Polar support. For TMS service access: support@themusic.school.
Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Manage or cancel your subscription from My account > Subscription on app.themusic.school. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

New subscribers may benefit from a free 30-day trial. If you cancel before the end of the trial, no charge will be made for that trial period. After the trial, the chosen subscription is billed automatically unless canceled beforehand.
You have 14 days to withdraw unless you expressly request immediate access to digital content and waive the withdrawal right at checkout. Contact support for service issues; refunds are handled via Polar where applicable.
Premium access is enabled after payment confirmation (or immediately at the start of the free trial where applicable). An Internet connection and compatible browser are required. TMS reserves the right to suspend an account in case of violation of these terms or fraud.
The teaching method, content, software and TMS brands remain the exclusive property of The Music School. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use during the active subscription period.
TMS liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Israeli law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. In case of dispute, contact support@themusic.school first. Failing amicable resolution, you may use consumer mediation or other remedies provided by law.
